Mutti’s German Restaurant in Lawton

My husband and I were incredibly impressed by our experience. The food was sooo delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. Our meal came to about $40 and was well worth it. I highly recommend all of their desserts. The atmosphere is comfortable. This is our new favorite place!!!

This is okay. Nothing to really complain about, or rave about. The staff was friendly. The prices felt a bit high, but not by a crazy amount. The food was good. Not bad, but not great.

My parents came to visit from NYC. I took them there to try German Cousin. Good food and very authentic atmosphere.

It was just great. The salad was amazing. The Jager schnitzel was on point. And the service was really good as well. Not once did I have to ask for more to drink cause the waitress kept it full :)

I have talked up this place since I came about a year ago. But my fiance and I came tonight and sat at a table in the very front. We were given menus, but then completely ignored for 25 minutes. A group who sat at the table next to and sat down about 5 min after us already had food by the time we gave up and left. When I walked to counter to explain the situation to the employee, she did not seem care. She barely looked up from what she was doing to acknowledge me. I have never seen or attended an establishment which displayed such a nonchalant attitude about a legitimately upset customer. I loved this place the last time I came, but tonight they may have lost me as a customer forever.Very good. Good selection of German beers. The schnitzel was very tender. The spatzle was a little doughier than I am used to, but still very good.

This is place to go for real German home cooked meals. The food is the taste of home for me since 91 and the people there are friendly and caring about your experience if you are a first timer thete and glad to see you if you have been there before. Like I said best place to go.

A very friendly environment with authentic and delicious Bavarian style German food. Their desserts are incredible!

Homestyle German food served unpretentiously with a large selection of beers and sausages. Prices are reasonable unless you, like me, order way too much. There isn't much else you need to know. Enjoy!

Genuine German Food! The saurkraut was homemade perfection. The salad was a marinade that you couldn't beat. The pork was perfectly prepared and generously portioned. The tea never ran out. A large selection of beer was to be had. The desserts looked delicious and were made in house. Service was friendly, curtious and timely. Restrooms were exceptionally clean. Worth leaving the interstate to visit. The air conditioning was working perfectly on this 100 degree day. We will be returning.

Came her for my son's Basic Training graduation. The staff was super friendly, and the food was excellent. Great portions for the price. We had Cheese Spaetzle, regular Schnitzel, Jagerschnitzel, Holsteiner Schnitzel,Farmer's schnitzel, and the Grilled Tier. Had brochen (rolls) and german salad. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Try the Zigeuner (Gypsy) Schnitzel and chase it down with a cold Hefeweizen. Great attentive service. Place makes you feel right at home!

What a great place, had to get food togo because of Covid but the food was just as delicious! the lady working was so nice and hospitable as we waited for out food. Definitely will be returning and hopefully I can enjoy dining in this time.

One of the best German restaurants I have been to in the states. After having spent time in Germany this place has the most authentic food I have ever had. The deserts are to die for. The staff is a riot!

This place is amazing. Great food, love the almond bread with ice cream.. irs a must try. Service is fantastic. You have got to try it here, you'll love it.

Food seemed ok, the workers were German, and they cooked decent German food. Only thing affecting them is their speed of service. I know food needs to cook all the way, but waiting past 20 minutes after it was ordered the phone wasn't necessary.

I have eaten here multiple times during my stay in Lawton and have never been disappointed. This is the best German food in Lawton. Every item on the menu that I have tried has been great! The service is good and the atmosphere is nice. Prices are good and you will not walk away hungry! I highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys German food.

My buddy and I were in Lawton and fell into this place well off the beaten path and worth every penny. Its an unassuming place near light industry. I wont go on about the food but lets say this meat eater devoured the sauerkraut and the red cabbage.. omg amazing and I dont do Rabbit Food. I had a sampler plate with everything and not one thing was fake or substandard. The staff were awesome and friendly. Ill be back with friends.. you can bet your schnitzel on that. ...Oh, ask for the curry-ketchup.... i had no idea.

My family and I travel the nation with our boys' sports and this is by FAR the best German restaurant!!! It's the closest thing I've had to my mom and Uncle's cooking. It's worth traveling to Lawton for. Along with the amazing food, the staff is super knowledgeable and the waitresses are attentive and super sweet.
